1.1.8. Your access does not violate any Applicable Laws or contribute to illegal activities.

TRANSACTION FEES

2. Users are responsible for paying all transaction fees associated with blockchain networks. These fees include gas costs and other charges displayed on the Interface. RWAOne.io does not receive any fees for blockchain transactions or Interface usage.

3. The information provided on RWAOne.io is for educational purposes only and should not be construed as legal, financial, or tax advice. Users should seek professional advice before engaging in any activities related to the RWAOne Protocol.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

4.1. We own all rights, logos, and marks associated with the Site and Interface, excluding the open-sourced code for the RWAOne Protocol and Interface deployed on IPFS.

6.3. Users understand and accept the risks of using evolving blockchain technologies like Arbitrum.
